Jeff was born and raised in Cadiz, KY. He graduated from Trigg Co. High School, attended pre-pharmacy at Western Kentucky University, and graduated from Samford School of Pharmacy in 1982.

Jeff has resided in Paducah since 1984. He is married to Christi Parker Carr, a CCU RN at Baptist Hospital. They have two sons, John & Will.

Laura lives in Lone Oak with her husband, Randy, and twins, John and Ella.
